Course Overview
Do you dream of your child being able to play on the worship team at church, or to pull out a guitar
at family gatherings and play popular worship songs? Do you have an aspiring worship leader in the
family? If so, then your children are going to have a BLAST learning to play guitar!
This course was designed to help the absolute beginning student learn to play the guitar in a Christian environment, learning popular worship songs. This step by step course teaches the student to play songs they already know and love. Each of the nine core lessons conclude with a recital, ensuring the student applies the fundamentals and techniques demonstrated throughout the lessons.

Meet the instructor
David Farley
B.
David Farley is worship leader, multi-instrumentalist, and guitar instructor
who has been teaching guitar to all ages for over 20 years. He is a graduate of
College of the Ozarks, in Point Lookout, Missouri, where he majored in Graphic
Design. He has served as worship pastor in his local congregation for over 7
years. He currently teaches Applied Guitar for Jazz at John Brown University in
Siloam Springs, Arkansas. His teaching style is very pastoral, fun, and easy to
follow.
